I do not provide structural assessments or repair advice — just clean, accurate imagery to help you make informed decisions.

Drone Inspection Pricing

All inspections are conducted by a CAA A2 CofC qualified operator using a DJI Mini 4 Pro. Prices include flight time, high-resolution images, and video delivered digitally.

  • From £120

    Up to 30 mins flight (1 battery), 10–15 images, 1–2 minutes video. Ideal for small properties, gardens, or single buildings.

  • From £180

    Up to 60 mins flight (2 batteries), 20–30 images, 3–5 minutes video. Suitable for medium-sized properties or multi-building sites.

  • From £250

    Up to 90 mins flight (3 batteries), 35–50 images, 5–7 minutes video. Best for larger properties, farms, or complex sites.

  • £50 per 5 images / 1 minute video

    Extra footage or images beyond package limits.

    • Before any drone operation is confirmed, a mandatory airspace and location pre-check is carried out to assess flight feasibility, local restrictions, safety considerations, weather limitations, and any permissions required. A non-refundable pre-check of £25 will be charged for this service.

    • This fee covers the time and resources required to complete the assessment and does not guarantee that a flight will be possible. If the pre-check determines that the operation cannot proceed safely or legally, the fee remains payable and is not deducted from any future booking and is non refundable in all circumstances.

    • Travel within 10 miles of Chesterfield is included; additional travel may incur fees.

    • Flight time may vary due to weather conditions; flights can be rescheduled for safety.

    • All imagery is delivered digitally. Timeframe is to be agreed upon booking.

    • Clients must provide permission and access for inspection areas.
