Things to note:

Regardless of voucher type, the recipient must:
Contact us via email or the website to arrange a date.
Provide their voucher/e-gift card code.
Sign our photography contract.
Pay the £25 refundable booking fee (returned on the day).

Sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If the recipient does not attend without notice, the booking fee may be retained.
Outdoor sessions may be moved due to weather.

Can an e-gift card pay for a wedding?
Yes — e-gift cards are monetary and usable for any service.
Can I upgrade a physical voucher?
Yes. Recipients may upgrade their tier or buy additional images. Please contact me to arrange this.
Can I convert an e-gift card into a physical voucher?
Yes — simply contact us and we’ll arrange it. There may be an amount to pay dependent on the monetary value of the e-gift card.
Can vouchers be refunded?
Vouchers are non-refundable but may be gifted to another person.
