Amarsi & Co Photography — Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Gift Voucher” refers to a physical, printed voucher purchased from Amarsi & Co which entitles the holder to a specific photography session and set number of digital images.

  • “E-Gift Card” refers to a digital, monetary-value gift card delivered via email and redeemable against any Amarsi & Co service.

  • “The Holder” refers to the person redeeming the voucher or e-gift card.

  • “The Purchaser” refers to the person paying for the voucher or e-gift card.

2. Validity Period

  • All Gift Vouchers and E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended except at the discretion of Amarsi & Co.

  • Torn vouchers are not valid.

3. Redemption

Gift Vouchers (Physical)

  • Redeemable only for portrait, family, lifestyle, couple and pet sessions.

  • Not redeemable for:

    • Weddings

    • Events

    • Bespoke commissions

    • Commercial photography

  • The voucher must be presented (physically or as a clear photo) when booking or on the day of the session.

E-Gift Cards (Digital)

  • Redeemable for any Amarsi & Co service, including weddings, events, commercial photography, sessions, prints, upgrades and add-ons.

  • The e-gift card code must be provided during booking or invoice stage.

4. Booking Requirements

  • A £25 refundable booking fee is required to secure a session.
    This fee is returned on the day of the shoot.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until:

    1. The booking fee has been paid, and

    2. The photography contract has been signed.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Further rescheduling may incur an additional booking fee.

  • Failure to attend a session without notice may result in the booking fee being retained.

  • Outdoor sessions may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions at the photographer’s discretion.

6. Refunds & Transfers

  • Gift Vouchers and E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • They may be transferred to another person at no charge, provided the original code is valid and unused.

  • Vouchers and e-gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged unless proof of purchase is provided.

7. Session Inclusions

Gift Vouchers

  • Each physical voucher includes a set number of edited digital images depending on the tier purchased (Standard, Deluxe, Premium).

  • Additional images may be purchased at the standard rate.

  • Premium voucher holders receive all final edited images from the session.

E-Gift Cards

  • As a monetary value, e-gift cards contribute towards the cost of any service or upgrade.

8. Travel & Location

  • Sessions include travel within 15 miles of S44 Postcode Area.

  • Additional travel fees apply beyond this radius. (Photographer’s discretion)

9. Photographer Rights & Deliverables

  • Image copyright remains with Amarsi & Co at all times.

  • Digital images are provided for personal use only unless commercial rights are separately purchased.

  • Turnaround times may vary based on session type and workload.

10. Fraud & Misuse

  • Any attempt to duplicate, edit or misuse a voucher or e-gift card will void it immediately.

  • Amarsi & Co reserves the right to request proof of identity when redeeming vouchers.

11. General Terms

  • Purchasing or redeeming a voucher or e-gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Amarsi & Co reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes published on our website.
