  • No guarantee is given that a service can be delivered at a specific time if external conditions prevent it

6. Enquiries, Bookings, and Payments

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Bookings are only confirmed once agreed in writing and, where applicable, a deposit or full payment has been received.

Payment processing is handled via third-party providers (including Square Payments). We do not store payment card details.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, illness, equipment failure, or legal restrictions.

8. Online Store – Print Products

Our online store offers printed products that are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider.

By placing an order through our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Printing, fulfilment, and shipping services are provided by Printful, not directly by us

  • Production times, shipping times, and product availability are determined by Printful

  • Slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur as part of the printing process

9. Store Orders, Returns, and Refunds

Because products are made to order:

  • Returns or refunds are generally only accepted for defective or damaged items

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within a reasonable time of delivery

Any issues relating to print quality, manufacturing defects, or delivery errors will be handled in accordance with Printful’s policies, although we will assist where possible.
